  4. 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/3 cup non-fat powdered milk
  7. 6 tablespoons margarine, softened
  8. 1 large egg 
  9. Water

  11. Mix ingredients together with enough water, about 1/2 cup, until a stiff dough forms.

  13. On a floured work surface, knead dough for about 3 minutes. Form dough into a ball and roll out to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into dog bones or other desired shapes (or cut with pizza cutter if you're in a hurry). Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.

  15. Bake at 350*F (175*C) for 30 minutes.
